Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Mark Rohrbaugh served as a captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1998–2007. Licensed to practice in Kansas and Florida, he is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association and is a fellow and former trustee and treasurer of the Johnson County Bar Foundation. He is a frequent speaker on family law in continuing legal education.
