- Focusing on the family law aspect of our practice is Mr. Rohrbaugh. He admitted to practice law in both Kansas and Florida. Born in Johnson County, Kansas, he earned his law degree at the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, and has been practicing as a family lawyer in the Kansas City area for since 1994.
