Attorney Profiles

Mr. Rohrbaugh grew up in Merriam, Kansas, attending Crestview Elementary School and Old Mission Junior High.  In High School, his family lived in Bangkok, Thailand where he attended the International School of Bangkok.  Upon graduation he went to Kansas State University from 1985 to 1989.  He married his wife Lisa in 1989.  Mr. Rohrbaugh worked for Trans World Airlines for two years while Lisa was in graduate school at KU Medical Center, and he went to law school in 1991.  He began the practice of law in 1994 in Tampa, Florida after graduating from Washburn University of Topeka School of Law that same year.  As nice as Florida is, it just wasn't home and he and his family came back to Johnson County, Kansas in 1995 and he has been practicing law here ever since. He was a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve from 1988 to 2007.

Happily married with two children, Mr. Rohrbaugh has deep roots in the Kansas City community. In his spare time, he enjoys flying light aircraft.  He and his father own a small private plane that they enjoy flying together. He is also a founding member of The American Flight Museum, a non-profit organization that flies antique military aircraft to air shows throughout the Country.  When the opportunity arises, Mark and his wife love to ski and SCUBA dive.  In 2003 and 2005, Mark ran the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon to raise money for the Arthritis Foundation and the Leukemia Society.
